For Edmonton Centre
On your side in Edmonton Centre
As a working mom of 7 kids, Katherine knows what families in Edmonton Centre are going through – and she knows how hard it can be just to make ends meet. She’s seen how governments have left everyday people behind while helping out mega-corporations and multi-millionaires.
Katherine has spent her life serving others in her community – including as a Councillor of the Samson Cree Nation, suicide prevention counseling volunteer, adult literacy teacher, and education advocate. Currently pursuing her PhD in Public Policy Administration, she knows government can be a force for good when it delivers better services that make life more affordable.
Katherine is standing with Jagmeet Singh and the NDP for real solutions for Edmonton Centre, like universal pharmacare and affordable housing. She’s fighting for bold action on climate change that creates 300,000 good green jobs and builds a healthy future for the next generation.
